We are looking for an Intermediate Office Administrator to support a successful team of residential sales agents within a busy office environment.
This role will suit someone with 3-4 plus years working experience. You will have an outgoing and upbeat personality, great organisation skills and enjoy being a team player. Good understanding and proficiency of Microsoft Office is essential.
This position will deal with many aspects of the real estate listing and sale process. The ability to balance the high-priority needs of several individuals, clear communication skills, proven time management, resilience, flexibility and attention to detail will be the key attributes required for the successful candidate.
Typical tasks will involve greeting clients, answering telephone calls, compiling property information, processing sale and listing documents, all whilst adhering to company guidelines.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Ability to interact with clients, solicitors and mortgage brokers
- Have an excellent phone manner
- Ability to efficiently handle customer enquiries
